Registration Fees

EFFORTS Congress 2023 Fee (incl. VAT)
Member €        240,00
Non member €        270,00

Registration Conditions

The full registration fee includes:

  • Access to all plenary sessions
  • Access to all parallel sessions
  • Refreshments (daily) and catered lunches
  • Admission to special events:
    - EFFORTS Committee meeting (Monday, for EFFORTS members only)
    - Welcome reception (Monday)
    - Walking Tours
    - Presentation of Jeroen van der Werf at Centre Céramique

Cancellation

  • All cancellations or changes must be sent to Klinkhamer Group | conferences & events in writing (e-mail helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com).
  • Cancellations received before or on 1 September 2023 will be fully refunded minus a € 25,00 administration fee;
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after 1 September 2023 or registered participants who fail to attend;
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.

Refund
The appropriate refunds will be made after EFFORTS Congress 2023 unless otherwise discussed.
Exchange rates differences and bank charges will be deducted.
